The Orangery, our AA Rosette Award Winning restaurant at Trefloyne Manor, serves seasonal dishes which have been created with care. Our chefs in the Trefloyne kitchen welcome the challenge to diversify dishes quarterly and also understand the importance of food provenance. This is why they carefully source their ingredients; the fish is landed locally at Tenby Harbour, as well as across Pembrokeshire and South Wales, and the Welsh meat is selected by a local family run butchers. To top it off, the vegetables are freshly picked from our very own gardens and over the hedge at the Ritec Valley Organics.
