I recently stayed at Frogmore in Laughne and had a fantastic experience. The rental was located in a beautiful area , including a great view of the nearby castle. The property itself was clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. It was also a very last minute booking and the contact at Great welsh escapes was incredibly helpful at accommodating us.

One thing I particularly appreciated was the attention to detail in the décor and furnishings. It was clear that the owners had put a lot of thought into creating a warm and inviting space that felt like a home away from home.

Overall, I would highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway . The location, amenities, and attention to detail made it a truly memorable stay.

This is a lovely house in a lovely village. We had a great stay and would definitely go back. The house and gardens are very spacious. The house is very well equipped and everything was just perfect. The house is a short walk to the beach and castle.

A brilliant 3 night stay at Cors Country House in Laugharne. Great value for money and ideal facilities for a big group (we had 7 but ample room for several more) including comfortable rooms, bar, pool table & the cinema room is an amazing space! I’d thoroughly recommend this venue and the company who were very responsive throughout our stay, making everything hassle free.

The venue is also very well placed to discover Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire. We managed to do some outdoor activities such as climbing & archery at nearby Pendine as well as taking in the coastal path between Saundersfoot & Tenby which was just 25 mins drive away.

Amazing huge house. Had a great time with all the family, rooms large enough for us all to sit together and the house was large enough for us all to have space. Kids and I really enjoyed the pool.

We LOVED York Lodge - Laugharne is beautiful and although I didn't know much about Dylan Thomas before I went, reading his 'Poem in October' written on his 30th birthday; whilst walking his 'birthday walk' (in October) and seeing what he was looking at and referring to was one of the most moving experiences. The emotion of it took me by surprise! The views are out of this world and a short walk from York Lodge. I am SO glad we came here and will most definitely come back again.

Also had a fireplace and equipped kitchen with two beds and baths.

We had a lovely family holiday at The Cors. Jac was a great host, organising an extra cot for us which was set up and ready to go. On arrival the whole house was spotlessly clean and there was a welcome pack of local bread, cake etc. Throughout the stay Jac was in contact to check everything was fine which we found reassuring.

We had our employees stay here a few weeks ago, the accommodation was fantastic and exceptionally clean. Their needs were well catered for and we would have no issue in recommending and booking this accommodation again in the future, thank you for a fantastic stay, from Immy and the Euro Team :-)

Stayed at Chapel View. A few teething problems as brand new but dealt with brilliantly and quickly by GWE and the lovely owners who live next door. Beautiful cottage - didn’t want to leave!!! And would hugely recommend local walks and a trip to Pendine Sands. And Tapas from the Ferryman which is 2 doors down!!

Really enjoyed our stay, lovely large bedroom and bathroom, lounge smaller than expected but cosy and comfortable. Double glazing kept the room quiet. Lots of places to eat and drink. Would definitely stay again.

The Cottage, Laugharne.
The house was absolutely perfect for us (11 of us), loads of room for us all and the dog.
The uninterrupted views of the estuary, from the garden and bedrooms, were amazing. The house was 5*.

Laugharne is a great place to holiday, the village itself having pubs, restaurants and tea rooms with loads to do within a short distance.

This house is absolutely stunning, located in the beautiful and atmospheric town of Laugharne. It is absolute perfection, and the hosts are wonderful too, with clear communication. As good as it gets. 100% pure gold. We’ll be booking for next year.

As for the basics: the house was spotlessly clean, gas central heating is very effective (plus a log fire), the huge beds are very comfortable and the kitchen comes well equipped.

A beautiful and unique place to stay - check the photos on their website listing to see what I mean! Really comfortable and cosy - perfect for a family or couples wanting to take time out to explore the local area and chill in a relaxed setting. The Old School is equipped and furnished to a high standard; the beds and linen are amazingly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The kitchen has a great range cooker and great breakfast conservatory area - loved eating here in the mornings. Down the road in one direction is the town of Laugharne with it's interesting castle, great estuary views and range of restaurants and pubs serving a wide range of foods. In the other direction is the stunning town of Pendine with its sweeping beach and cliff top walks. Tenby is less than 40 mins away, making this property the perfect location.

It was such a pleasure to stay at this cottage in gorgeous Laugharne. The cottage is recently renovated and was fresh, clean and comfortable throughout. The Cottage, Laugharne offers a huge, warm Welsh cwtsh. Set on the stunning estuary, the house with its magnificent rooms and facilities is an absolute gem, for groups and families. Highly recommended!

It really is a quiet little haven, a short drive from a beautiful coastline.

A lovely, modern cottage right in the heart of Laugharne, Chapel View is a good size for two, with a patio garden that is a real sun trap in the morning. Luckily we had great weather so didn’t spend that much time indoors but for those not so fortunate the cottage is a very nice place to be. Easy to book through Great Welsh Escapes who provide plenty of support and who attended to a minor issue we had speedily and efficiently.

We booked as it was our friends 50th in Laugharne. Was a perfect place to stay, the shower was particularly great as our water pressure at home is terrible but this is powerful and perfect temperature which felt like a real treat lol. Lovely homely touches like a bottle of wine, milk for tea, and some snacks why we weren’t expecting but were very welcome. It’s ideal for a weekend getaway and had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

This was our first ever Air bnb experience. And it most certainly exceeded our expectations. The place is perfect for a little family holiday and have plenty to do within a 30 min drive of the place. There’s even plenty to do in the lodge also with a spacious hot tub, games and crafts for the kids, outside toys etc.

The host is wonderful and can’t do enough. Every little detail has been thought about and the cleanliness of the place is amazing. The lovely hamper, Easter egg and balloons for my son and partner birthdays was a really sweet touch.

Hot tub is amazing! Views are amazing! The lodge is amazing! This place is just amazing. And I’ve told all my friends and family that they need a little trip here.

The boathouse is a lovely little escape with complete peace, along with being close to local towns and beaches. The place is as described and as you see in the photos. The private pool and sauna is such a nice addition too, which our son loved. Our dogs were so excited by the lake and cows, and wanted to always been outside in the enclosed area.
Great Welsh Escapes sent through clear instructions before hand, and proactively messaged me on day 1 to ensure I had everything I needed. This was a nice touch!
Richard, the owner and farmer, was super welcoming and made an effort to come out when we arrived to show us around personally. When we had a small issue I text Richard and he walked down almost immediately to help. He also spent a little while answering all my silly questions about dairy farming and his cows!!
We certainly plan to go back in the future and stay again :)

A lovely tucked away boathouse that nestles in the beautiful Welsh countryside. Accommodation provides all you need with a peaceful lake right outside. The huge swimming pool you have access to makes for a great rainy day activity.

York Lodge is an amazing house which was beautifully presented and in immaculate condition.
Everything you need is within a five minute walk and the views are stunning.

This place is perfect for a family and is dog friendly too. The accommodation is perfect, open plan living was great and the patio door opening out onto the decking with hot tub right outside was fab…we came in December so spent lots of time in the tub!! The beds were comfy and lots of pillows to choose from (im a fussy pillow Person). Fantastic views from all windows/doors! There is a shop within a two minute walk, a couple of pubs, the owl and pussycat cafe, and a gift shop. The fish and chip shop was closed for the Xmas period but there is a Chinese/chip shop in St Clears near by. There is a great walk around Laugharne castle, past the Dylan Thomas writing shed and boat house is a must. We explored lots of places from here. I recommend Llansteffan, Tenby and walking through the tunnels from Saundersfoot to Wiseman’s Bridge. The hosts are super helpful and communication is fab.

Footprints is a well equipped apartment in a good location.
It provides a good base for a relaxing stay . It is easy to explore other areas of Pembrokeshire from here.
There are several pubs /restaurants in walking distance from the apartment.

A lovely house, with fantastic gardens. Perfect place to stay and relax for a week with three generations of our family getting together. Minutes walk into town, plenty to do in the area and it’s such a nice place to stay you’ll be happy just staying in, even when it’s raining. If anything, it’s even nicer than it looks in the photos - though we were also lucky with the sunshine.

What a fantastic place, we had a wonderful time here and would visit again. Place was warm and cosy and very clean upon arrival, with all that you could need if you hadn't had chance to pick up any food at the shops (coffee, tea, wine, milk & even soup). The house is beautifully styled and the log burning fires were perfect for the rainy, cold days of which we had a few. We had good response to our messages even over the Easter BH weekend, they did everything to ensure we had a good time.

We had the best stay at Wildhaven. It is totally private with a great enclosed garden. The walks from the doorstep were stunning, you could spend a week there and not have to go out in the car! We loved seeing the sheep on the hills, as well as the birds of prey and hares. The cottage is incredibly comfortable and clean, we really didn’t want to leave! It’s a great place to stay whether you’re alone, a couple, a family or with your dog. Thank you for a very relaxing holiday!

We stayed at Coedllys Uchaf. It was such a wonderful experience. Steward was a friendly guy as he recommended us an amazing visiting location place which we never even planned and thought of.
When we went to visit it, we truly saw a lovely and beautiful cultural of Wales.

Also, we enjoyed spending time looking at Peacock Charlie and the place where we stayed was nice, cosy and warm to stay. Enjoyed the sauna and hot tub bath, which was relaxing after hiking in Pen Y Fan mountain and after visiting beaches such as Newgale, Ramsay Island and Tenby.

Highly recommended it as we plan to book this place again when visiting in future. Looking forward to introduce Wales to our family, friends and relatives. Had a good time visiting Wales in June 2022.

This is a beautiful and very characterful house! It is tastefully quirky and a perfect place to spend time with family or friends. A few great pubs and a lovely Thai within walking distance too! Recommended!

The house was in a perfect location to view the castle and estuary. It is beautifully furnished and was exceptionally clean. It's an upside down living arrangement with the lounge and kitchen upstairs to make the most of the view and bedrooms on the ground floor Everything was thought of and a welcome pack of shortbread, waffle biscuits and prosecco was so appreciated.

Nothing! The house had been shut up so there was a slight musty smell when we first arrived but as soon as we opened the windows it was fine and in no way detracted from the lovely surroundings.

Stayed at this property for a week - amazing location with lots to do and to see around. The description and pictures are accurate, I could even say reality exceeds expectations. You can find all you may need in the house - kitchen is well equipped, plenty of board games to play and movies you can watch if/when tired to explore outside.
Internet connection not the best, but this was a big plus - you can detox from all social media, news etc. - and you can enjoy yourself and have a great rest.
Communication with the host was great, they are very responsive, we sent some comments/suggestions to the host how to make this place even better.

Perfect cottage in a very secluded location. Host was fantastic, recommended lots of places to go and was really helpful throughout our stay. The private pool was really great but it was the location that was really special so many great places to go. House is perfect for four plus a dog with everything you could possibly need. Was great having our own garden and having access to a big field too. Definitely need ten days next time, too much to see in seven!

Our week at the Cors was our first family holiday for three years. It is a lovely, interesting house and there is plenty to do in Laugharne and the surrounding area. We had a really good time. Thank you to Jac and the team at GWE for all your help.

We spent two nights in the Corrs house over New Years. The house had everything we needed - if anything, the photos really don't do the house justice and it far exceeded our expectations. We loved the beautiful gardens surrounding the house, the property has a very private, secluded feeling. We wandered around the small town, which was wonderful. We wish we had spent more time here and would love to come back.

The Old School was exactly as described. It is a lovely location, ideal for walkers.

Spent two days at the Lloret, it is a fantastic place to stay when visiting Laugharne. Really well presented accommodation in an amazing location. The view of the castle and the Taf Estuary are amazing. It is also a short walk from the Grist and the castle, so it is easy to walk into town for some food or a drink. We had space to park four cars without any problem, and finding it is very easy. The owners were very friendly and came over to help with the hot tub after the first day. Overall would highly recommend that anybody looking to visit Laugharne or the surrounding area visit the Lloret.

It has been a lovely week staying at the Old School. The house is very well presented and has all you need for your stay. The Kitchen is well equipped making it a ready home from home. The beds were very comfortable. It’s just a short drive to local beaches - the only downside is that you can not walk safely from the house to neighbouring towns. We would return to stay here for sure - thank you for having us!

We were blown away with the views, absolutely lovely. The apartment was very warm and welcoming, clean and had everything we needed, and more. Great location for exploring the local area, Tenby and Saundersfoot not being too far to drive to. The Pendine Sands great for a day on the beach.

What a beautiful place. We stayed at ‘The Old School’ in Laugharne. It has everything you’d want and more. It is a place where a car is needed as you cannot really walk anywhere directly from here as there are no paths or public rights of way but without doubt if you need a base to explore Carmarthenshire or Pembrokeshire then this is it. Great Welsh escapes were also very good to deal with and we would recommend them to others.

The house is on the top of a hill, with amazing view on the castle and the river. There is good food around and lots of hiking routes. The house itlself is large and comfortable, the owners live next door and are happy to help if you need anything. The hot tub was a hit. People around are very friendly. My only wish would be for the beach to be suitable for swimmers, but there are lots of sandy beaches in 30 min driving distance. I cannot help but recommend the place to spend your holidays.

An Airbnb that was actually better than the photos! We absolutely loved our stay here and were gobsmacked by how beautiful the place was. We felt like absolute kings/queens!
The place was very neat and tidy considering how big it is to clean. Lots of ammenities and activities to keep you busy inside or outside and walking distance to plenty of nice places close by.
The hosts were also very generous and allowed us to check out slightly later even on short notice.

We chose this beautiful home for my 60th birthday celebration with all my family and it did not disappoint us. The property was spacious and so very well equipped throughout. There is plenty of car park space too. The 5 bedrooms with 3 of the 4 double bedded rooms having en-suite bathrooms with a family bathroom for the other double and twin attic bedroom. Unfortunately the 3 nights stay wasn’t long enough and wished stayed longer. We will definitely be back. Thank you Jac for the welcome pack of local produce together with my 60th balloon which was an added touch much appreciated. The bar and pool table were used each night. It was a great way to celebrate with my family thank you for everything

Absolutely top notch. Gwalia House was perfect, home from home with far more than you would expect with a holiday let. Laugharne was fab with lots to do in and around the area. Can't recommend this place enough, thank you for making g our holiday perfect

The Boathouse is a super cottage with stunning surroundings, at the back of a farm, right by a gorgeous pond with ducks.

One of the rare AirBnbs where the photos do not do it justice at all! Excellent check in and communication, hot tub was lovely, really quiet spot and on the hill so perfect for watching the stars/sunrise/sunset/moonrise (can't say I'd ever seen a moonrise before).

What a truely unique and amazing property, due to covid the whole family us to wait 2 years before we could visit but it was definitely worth the wait.

The property was fantastic. Everything that was stated on the site was accurate. The house is in a lovely location (up a hill), a short walk in to town, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The hosts had left us a welcome pack on arrival which was a lovely touch. We had taken two cars and parking was not a problem. The house was very comfortable and there was plenty of room for the five adults in our party. I would recommend this property and would definitely stay here again if we went back to Tenby.

An amazing place for our family stay. The kids wanted a pool, and I was relieved that it was warm enough (I’ve stayed at places with pools that are too cold to actually swim in before). The bedrooms and bathrooms are all fabulous and a little bit bonkers. (I’m glad we didn’t take my elderly mother in the end though, as there are uneven floors and staircases without handrails.) The neighbours were really friendly, the village has everything you need and the beaches in the area are sublime.

Myself, my daughter, husband and dog have all enjoyed a much overdue weekend break away in Laugharne in this beautiful property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and though the house was stunning. The location is super convenient to all the amenities in town, including a lovely costal walk for the dog. The tv room with large couch was absolutely perfect for relaxing and enjoying the evenings at home whilst our baby slept upstairs. The outdoor area was such a treat during this amazing weather we have experienced. The bbq was perfect too. This is a beautiful place to stay. The view across the Village to Laugharne Castle and the estuary is breath taking.
The bungalow was clean, warm and had everything we needed. The hot tub was well used during the week.
The tea, coffee, waffles and prosecco on arrival were a lovely surprise and most welcome.
The location is ideal as a base to visit a number of costal resorts such as Tenby and Saundersfoot. Even St David's is only an hour away. I would highly recommend a stay here.

For New Years we stayed at the wonderful Fernhill House Laugharne. Not only was the house spectacular the location was perfect!!! Really lovely house and wonderful, friendly hosts. Recently refurbished, and they did a great job. Spacious living room and kitchen downstairs with everything you could want. The two main bedrooms are very large and comfortable. Off street parking which is extremely useful in St Clears, and the hosts live next door so check-in and check-out was super easy. Highly recommended :)

Better than expected and a pleasure to return to after days out. Could relax and enjoy the comfort, the hot tub, off road parking and the views. Certainly deserves five stars. Would definitely recommend it.

We had the best week at The Cors. We had everything we needed to hand. The house was perfect, the space and gardens were ideal. The communication was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. We loved visiting the nearby beaches and little village. Would definitely recommend!

A little gem of a house in a great location, convenient for shops, pubs, restaurants and the castle. Very smart house, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Communication with Great Welsh Escapes was excellent and quick too. Bottle of fizz on arrival was much appreciated.

Lovely location for an extremely soothing break. Well equipped cottage and Robert was kind enough to get kids little games to keep busy when you are retiring after having a day out whether to botanical garden trip or folley farm.
Near by nisa local, fish and chips were handy to pop for a quick snack.
House was very clean and plenty of room for a family of six. We shall visit again and recommend this place.

Very very clean spacious property, which contained everything we needed. Felt very homely. The garden was gorgeous. The beds were very comfortable. Excellent location for exploring.

We stayed at Sunny Bank over the school Easter holidays. Two adults and our children 6 and 3. Plenty of information was sent in advance making finding the accommodation easy. We arrived to find a beautiful hamper of Welsh products and a warm welcoming home. Sunny bank has all the amenities you could need plus the luxuries of gowns and towels for the hot tub. The home was immaculately clean and a perfect place to come back to after a day out exploring the Welsh countryside. Hazel and her family went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, from popping in to show us how to work the hot tub to messaging to help me find a doctor for my daughter. She really makes every effort to ensure you have a wonderful time. Sunnybank is so peaceful and quiet, and if you enjoy the hot tub in the evenings it's a great spot to stargaze in the clear unpolluted skies.

If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday in a well equipped, extremely comfortable apartment look no further. Nestled high up on the side of a hill it offers wonderful views of the sea and countryside. The apartment has everything you need and more so you don’t have to compromise on the way you spend your holiday. We cooked in a lot which was easy because of the the way the kitchen was equipped - there was nothing missing.

Even on a wet February morning the views where worth the money.
The whole property was clean and very modern.
The village is very close with all amenities BUT please try Ty Glo....this eatery was one of the highlights.....a jewel that's hidden from sight.

This was a really wonderful place to stay. It was the perfect balance of feeling cosy and homely while also feeling like you’re in a professionally run accommodation (no personal items around, fresh rolled towels on the bed, all the essential soap/shampoo/cleaning products/kitchen items/seasonings etc.). The decor is incredibly stylish and very good quality (let down only slightly by the sofas upstairs not being the most comfortable). The house was spotless and one small issue we had with a broken appliance was fixed the next day. As others have said you’re right in the middle of a beautiful town with lots to see and do for somewhere relatively small. Highly recommend and hope to return (especially when the added features in the basement have been completed).

Beautifully styled compact cottage situated on the high street close to the amenities of Laugharne. Everything in the village is a short walk away, including the magnificent castle down the hill. We liked the Farrow and Ball decor. The galleried bedroom area upstairs, not shown in the spec, had a wow effect when we first viewed it, presented in a boutique hotel style. Best of all the bathroom with a great walk in shower. Everything in the property felt brand new and was immaculate upon our arrival. All in all I would be happy to recommend this property to anyone wanting a break in this part of Wales.

Gwalia House is a beautifully presented house that puts one in the lap of luxury while still retaining it original Georgian feel. All of the rooms are lovely with every bedroom being en suite. The big kitchen-diner is great for day-time hanging out. Laugharne itself has so much to offer by way of restaurants, walks and places of interest. And as always brilliant, seamless organisation by Great Welsh Escapes. We'll definitely booking again.

Stylish rustic presentation; thorough and thoughtful amenities; cosy and comfortable courtesy of the fireplaces and furnishings - all trumped by the even more stunning setting and views. With a few trips under our belt, this accommodation outstripped the lot!

Great House is a lovely place to stay.It is old and quirky and really big so everyone has loads of space and their own (Website hidden by Airbnb) stocked modern kitchen,lovely raised patio for Al fresco dining and of course the heated pool.On the main Street so handy for the local deli and convenience store We also booked some big shops from Tesco .(Put a sign out for them to find you).

100% recommend staying at Moir Cottage. Lovely place! Beds were comfy, hot tub was incredible and it had everything we needed.

Stayed at Lloret in Laugharne for a mid week break. The property was spotlessly clean with great views over Castle and estuary. Hot tub was a real bonus. Faultless service from all at Great Welsh Escapes - helpful texts and information. Would definitely stay with them again. Thanks!

So spacious and idyllic, a perfect home from home!
The rooms are lovely, comfortable beds and lots of space. We cooked a lot during our stay and the kitchen had everything we needed. The dogs loved having such a big space to roam outside and the hot tub was also amazing especially on the days it was rainy!

The most perfrct airbnb!!
If you are planning a holiday/trip to Pembrokshire then you must pick this apartment. The views were gorgeous, the beds and sofas were so comfortable, everywhere was spotless and the apartment was equipped with everything you could think of.. and more! Great location for both walking to local places and driving.
This is the nicest airbnb I have stayed in. To top it off, the host was lovely!

Took elderly parents for 5 day break. Location was spot on. To look out at laugharne castle and the estuary through the living room window was awesome and watching the mist rolling up the estuary in the early morning. House was so well equipped, everything you could need. Would definitely go back.

I love Wales and this is a great place to stay for Pembrokeshire.
The coast is a 4 minute drive and parking to gorgeous freshwater west.
Pembroke is 10 mins away and a lovely town. Go to the games cafe on the high street for fun and get the scoop on best places to eat.
We felt at home in the barn. The weather was awful with high winds across the SW and it rained every day but we felt so toasty once we were inside after a day out. The home heating is very clever and we popped on the lovely fire when needed.
Despite the weather we managed to have a wonderful time. I’ve never laughed so much trying to stand up with high winds.
Plenty of wonderful dog friendly places.

Loved Saundersfoot and surrounding area, amazing beaches, everywhere family & dog friendly. House was exactly as per photos and descriptions.

The Barn and Chaff House was very comfortable. We stayed with our son and young family so the spiral staircases were a bit tricky for the two year old but we were able to cope. The house was very well equipped and we had everything we needed. The garden was great for the kids and the dog - totally enclosed. There is not a lot to do in the village but The beaches at Freshwater West and Broad Haven were absolutely stunning. The pub at stackpole was fantastic. We had a great time and it's a good base to explore from.

My little family had the most enjoyable stay. Location was amazing, walking distance to the town, bars, restaurants, lovely walks and the beach. View from the apartment is what we will most remember, watching the waves and the people coming and going. Apartment was comfortable and clean, plenty of space for a family of 3. Photos don’t really do it justice. Would definitely return.

Stunning house with all facilities needed, all the little touches provided, very much enjoyed our week here and didn’t want to leave. Laugharne a lovely, quirky village, enjoyed strolling by the estuary in the evenings. Good location to explore the local area, great beach for families at Pendine and only 30 minutes from Tenby.

Wonderful week at Maes y Mel. GWE were well organised and efficient, checking if we'd arrived safely, later if we were settling in, and later in the week before leaving. Our hostess, Buddig was friendly and helpful. The accommodation was quiet, comfortable and set in rural bliss. Highly recommended!!

The Old School house was beautifully quirky and in an excellent location with lots to explore locally. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the standard of cleanliness was very high. The property was exactly as described and well equipped with everything we needed and more. It was booked for my wife’s 50th birthday and what a venue!

Nothing it was perfect

Ein wunderschönes Haus auf einer Ebene zwischen dem Meer und dem Nationalpark. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Das Fenster im Wohnzimmer ist der Hammer. Der Garten ist nicht zu 100% eingezäunt, aber mit etwas Fantasie kann man ihn "Hundeausbruchsicher" machen.

Stayed at the Lloret property for 4 days over Christmas. Exceeded our expectations. GWE communicated well throughout and were keen to do all they could to ensure that we had a good experience. All the facilities at the property were in excellent condition. Beds very comfortable. Lovely views. Couldn’t fault it. Highly recommended.
