Following the small cobbled street to this lovely quaint cottage, you enter into the gorgeous spacious lounge with part stone walls. It's the perfect spot to snuggle in front of the log fire in the evening watching a film on the Smart TV or listen to something on the google home speaker. You can sit and enjoy a romantic meal together on the bistro table or get competitive and play a board game. It’s a relaxing and warm space, perfect for unwinding.

Off the living room you will enter into the cute galley kitchen, which may be compact but caters for all your holiday needs, with a washer dryer, microwave oven, full size fridge with freezer and a kettle, toaster, Cafatiere etc

Off the kitchen is a very small courtyard area, fully walled, with a table and 2 chairs.

Back inside, the stairs to the 1st floor is open plan from the lounge, opening to a large airy king size bedroom, with a modern en-suite shower room.

This cottage really is the perfect couples getaway, with ample space, and less than a minute walk to some fantastic restaurants and coastal walks - what more could you need? Perfect for Summer or Winter, this cottage has all you need for every season.

Location

Wander out of the house, on the pretty cobbled back street, just a stone throne from the beautiful Grist in Laugharne, where there are several choices of eateries and pubs, and a small choice of amenities such as a butchers, post office, convenience store and gift shop. Walk along the foreshore along the estuary, where many beautiful coastal walks are available. Visit the famous poet, Dylan Thomas’ Boat House or writing shed, or pop into the lovely Castle with stunning views leading as far as the Gower on a clear day.

Laugharne is a lovely township, with so much history and culture, married with the modern amenities and a stone throw from stunning beaches such as Pendine, which is 7 miles of golden sands. Further along the coast you can explore the beautiful Pembrokeshire coastline, and just 20 mins to Saundersfoot.

West Wales as a destination has so much to offer visitors, with an abundance of castles and country parks and The National Botanical Gardens of Wales for the more chilled tourist. For thrill seekers there are places such as Oakwood Theme Park, Outdoor pursuits and watersports.

West Wales also has many award winning beaches, perfect for all year round walks and swimming, or surfing and paddleboarding.
