We have stayed at Sunnybank twice now. First time as a couple and we couldn’t wait to return for our family holiday! 5 stars is not enough, I would give so many more if I could! Hazel and Hugh are wonderful hosts and they go above and beyond to ensure you have the most comfortable stay. Hazel gave us lots of ideas for things to do and places to explore which was great! The bungalow is a real home from home. It is spacious and comfortable and has everything you could possibly need, including lots of extra little touches that really sets this place apart from the others! Pendine beach is beautiful (pic below) we also drove a bit further up to New Quay where we hopped on a boat trip and saw lots of dolphins! 🐬 If you have children, we definitely recommend Folly Farm. We cannot wait to come back again. Thank you for a wonderful week.

Beautiful stay for our Welsh weekend away. The BnB itself was exactly as photographed, spotless with stunning modern interior and a handy, compact, ‘everything-you-need’ kitchen area. We decided to cook both evenings, and made use of some lovely freshly harvested vegetables left for us in a whicker basket on the side - a really nice touch. 🥦🌽🍅
The Hottub was perfect in every way, theraputic, relaxing and perfect under the stars at night. Similarly, the bathroom was just as great with a strong over head shower, and 2nd handheld option. We also enjoyed finding some amusement from watching the young goats and chickens in their run nearby the back of the BnB. 🐐🐓
A really perfect stay and one we will definitely keep in mind for our future trips to Wales. Would highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The bungalow is in a beautiful location with stunning views of Laugharne. We had everything we needed for a very comfortable short break. The bungalow was immaculate inside and the addition of a hot tub was a real luxury.

We have stayed in Laugharne on a number of occasions but not in this property. It is the best in Laugharne for us. Gwalia is beautiful inside and is fully equipped. Yes its on the main road with no parking but don’t let that put you off, you will find somewhere nearby. Pubs and restaurants on your doorstep and the castle opposite.

My stepdaughter and I spent an amazing week over Christmas and it was every bit as we imagined it would be. We took our 2 dogs with us and spent days at the dog friendly beaches near by. It was all so picturesque and peaceful. Would recommend it 100%

The Cottage, Laugharne offers a huge, warm Welsh cwtsh. Set on the stunning estuary, the house with its magnificent rooms and facilities is an absolute gem, for groups and families. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at Beudy at Pentrecelyn. The accomodations were comfortable and so beautiful. The barn has been renovated to a very high standard and is immaculate. The owners of the property, Colin and Nia, were very friendly and so helpful - we greatly appreciated the ride to the railway station. The farm is beautiful and private, but is a nice walk to town for shopping and dinner. We woud definitely stay here again.

Saundersfoot and surrounding areas are beautiful. This flat is the perfect base for making the most of it with its sea view and everything you need for a comfortable stay. We will gladly return to this location.

Thanks for the gift of the Prosecco, tea and Bara Brith, much appreciated.The hot tub was excellent and super views over to the castle. Having extra towels for use in the hot tub was a bonus. The hill up to the property is a bit steep and may not suit everyone but we were fine with it. The property was very clean and tidy throughout, and the kitchen was fully stocked for self catering. I would certainly recommend this property to others.

Upon arrival, our host surprised us with a lovely gesture for our anniversary ❤️. It truly set the tone for a wonderful stay.

The place itself was amazing — located on top of a hill with breathtaking views. 🌅 You can walk to the beach in about 10 minutes ⛱️, reach the shops downhill in around 7 minutes, and there’s even a cozy pub on the beach just a 15-minute walk away. Perfect balance of peace and convenience!

Had a lovely 3 nights staying here. Loved the quiet and the large indoor pool. Easy enough to get to nearby places like Cenarth and Tenby, Carmarthen etc. Would be nice to paddleboard or jump in a rowing boat on the little lake out front but don't think it's permitted. Happily go back

Attended for 2 nights as a valentines gift for my girlfriend. Absolutely beautiful location, owners were so friendly and the house was absolutely immaculate not a spec of dust. Everything we needed and more lots of amenities house is in a great location hottub was so clean the house smelt amazing. Can't praise this place enough. Extremely reasonable price we will be coming back for sure!

Initially awkward to find, the parking space was very narrow, toilet roll holder in awkward position.

What a fantastic place to stay, the Barn is beautifully styled, clean and homely. The location is great for short car rides to the beach, woods and shops. Loved seeing all the animals wondering around, hosts were so welcoming and even gave a basket of home grown vegetables!

The Cottage was the perfect family house for the 12 of us ranging from 10 to 75 years. We loved the amazing views from the sun room and garden. It was an ideal location to base ourselves with beautiful beaches, walks and lots of things to do close by. The house was clean and very well kept, Great Welsh Escapes were responsive and quick to reply to any questions and kept in touch through out the stay. We had a fabulous Family Holiday and would definitely recommend this property.

This is a lovely flat, with a great view of Tenby harbour and all the way down the beach (and the coast beyond). The flat is also beautifully positioned for visiting the town and all it has to offer. Nice decor and OKish bedding (next time we would take our own pillows). The flat is well laid out and was perfect for our family of three (four would be cramped around the tiny dining table). We had a great stay and we would be more than happy to return.

Such a big property for a large family or group to stay. Also has an annex which was great for my mum and a bungalow so suitable for all ages. Had a lovely large and pretty garden, so peaceful. Based in a beautiful area to explore the stunning coastline and pretty countryside. Short walk into the town itself which was handy too. Very impressed with the two ovens and air fryers. We all had a wonderful time, 8 adults and 2 dogs, it was perfect thank you.

We had a great time at this amazing house for my 30th birthday! The house is huge and the swimming pool made our trip. It is so close to the village of Laugharne about a 5 minute walk if that, lots to do in the local area. We really appreciated the special touches the host provided, gifting us a balloon and Prosecco for the celebrations! Would not hesitate to come back again 😀

The cottage was in a great location, close to the shops, restaurants, castle and Dylan's boat house. The facilities in the cottage were good. It was a nice touch to have a welcome pack on arrival.

My partner is tall and we did struggle with the double bed, would have liked a king-size, however we were fully aware of this when booking.

Lovely place, this was our third stay. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a place to switch off and unwind.

As a family of 6 with two you ger chikdren and two teenagers this has been the perfect holiday home for us. It's been spacious and comfortable for all. Its beautifully decorated and maintained and resourced to a very high standard. Communication throughout our stay has been amazing. The Cottage, Laugharne.
The house was absolutely perfect for us (11 of us), loads of room for us all and the dog.
The uninterrupted views of the estuary, from the garden and bedrooms, were amazing. The house was 5*.

Laugharne is a great place to holiday, the village itself having pubs, restaurants and tea rooms with loads to do within a short distance.

An absolutely emaculate property nestled away in a perfect location. This is the second time we visited and it's just as beautiful and perfect as the first time we stayed!

We loved our stay at the Boathouse, which was set in a quiet and beautiful location and within easy reach of most major attractions that we wanted to see (less than 30-45 mins away for pretty much everything). We had the pool to ourselves every time we used it, and it was great to be able to access it basically any time we wanted to. We had one minor issue with the water pressure one day but the hosts were great and fixed it in short order, so no complaints from us. We would definitely stay again next time we go to South Wales - rare find indeed.

We had a lovely family holiday at The Cors. Jac was a great host, organising an extra cot for us which was set up and ready to go. On arrival the whole house was spotlessly clean and there was a welcome pack of local bread, cake etc. Throughout the stay Jac was in contact to check everything was fine which we found reassuring.

Wonderful, relaxing stay and the house had everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable with lovely quality linen. We enjoyed sitting outside in the beautiful garden amongst the amazing plants. Would love to visit again. Jac is an excellent host, proactive and really helpful with lots of information in the guide. We enjoyed our stay so much we added an extra night. I’m sure we will be back.

We stayed at Sunny Bank over the school Easter holidays. Two adults and our children 6 and 3. Plenty of information was sent in advance making finding the accommodation easy. We arrived to find a beautiful hamper of Welsh products and a warm welcoming home. Sunny bank has all the amenities you could need plus the luxuries of gowns and towels for the hot tub. The home was immaculately clean and a perfect place to come back to after a day out exploring the Welsh countryside. Hazel and her family went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, from popping in to show us how to work the hot tub to messaging to help me find a doctor for my daughter. She really makes every effort to ensure you have a wonderful time. Sunnybank is so peaceful and quiet, and if you enjoy the hot tub in the evenings it's a great spot to stargaze in the clear unpolluted skies.

The Old School House far exceeded our expectations. It is a beautiful place to stay in. It’s spacious, clean, peaceful & looks stunning.
Clear instructions, especially the tip for using What3Words! The hosts were very responsive when emailed.
We had everything we needed. We spent plenty of time chilling there, but also went to Pendine Beach which was a great place with plenty of space, glorious sand & great views.
There’s a lovely cafe literally next door to the property in a converted barn, great food & friendly hosts.
We spoke to one of the neighbours out walking his dogs & he was friendly & told us to visit Poons Street Cafe in Laugharne but unfortunately we didn’t get chance.
We highly recommend The Old School House.

We all hade a great time in Laugharne, it was great to get away from the busy life we all have.

We had a wonderful stay at Sunny Bank with two children, the bungalow is lovely. It feels like everything is brand-new and we are the first people to stay there, everything was so clean!

I highly recommend staying here it is a wonderful place, really well located, and the hosts Hazel and High are so nice and have such a great attention to detail.

The Barn and Chaffhouse was perfect for our getaway Christmas break- so quiet and peaceful, the open-plan living area was beautiful and the facilities were outstanding. We loved the remote location and walking on the nearby beaches. The house was warm and cosy- a really relaxing break.

Fabulous cottage with tasteful modern interior design maintaining a rustic charm. Located in the heart of Laugharne a stone's throw from eateries, local shop and Dylan's famous watering holes The Three Mariners and Brown's Hotel. A short stroll to the waterfront, views axross the estuary and the Boat House.
We loved the log burning stove, huge sofa and TV and comfortable beds! Being able to bring our little dog was a bonus as was the allocated free parking.

We had an amazing time at The Cottage Laugharne. The house was very spacious and super comfortable. The views are beautiful. This week away was a family get together in memory of our parents, grandparents and great grandparents, they loved Wales. Thank you for the great memories we have made. ❤️

We always love coming to Lloret and our dogs make good use of all the nearby beaches. The hot tub is well maintained and it’s a joy to use it. It’s a great base to reach Pembrokeshire and Laugharne is a little gem

A lovely, modern cottage right in the heart of Laugharne, Chapel View is a good size for two, with a patio garden that is a real sun trap in the morning. Luckily we had great weather so didn’t spend that much time indoors but for those not so fortunate the cottage is a very nice place to be. Easy to book through Great Welsh Escapes who provide plenty of support and who attended to a minor issue we had speedily and efficiently.

The house is on the top of a hill, with amazing view on the castle and the river. There is good food around and lots of hiking routes. The house itlself is large and comfortable, the owners live next door and are happy to help if you need anything. The hot tub was a hit. People around are very friendly. My only wish would be for the beach to be suitable for swimmers, but there are lots of sandy beaches in 30 min driving distance. I cannot help but recommend the place to spend your holidays.

Even on a wet February morning the views where worth the money.
The whole property was clean and very modern.
The village is very close with all amenities BUT please try Ty Glo....this eatery was one of the highlights.....a jewel that's hidden from sight.

Beautiful house in a stunning location with amazing views over the estuary. We stayed as a group of old school-friends and decided to spoil ourselves by having a bedroom each! The kitchen/dinner/living room is great as it keeps the group together when someone is preparing food. The conservatory was also lovely when someone needed time out. It's ideally located in the centre of Laugharne village, really close to the amenities. Most of the group were able to arrive by public transport, although there was plenty of space in the car park had more of us travelled by car. Loved all the Welsh art on the walls and touches like the Eisteddfod chair in one of the bedrooms. The portholes in the bedroom doors in the attic were quirky too. The only suggestion would be to sort the key lock as it was jammed! Diolch yn fawr for a memorable stay. We would definiely recommend to other large groups.

We had a really good stay at The Barn and Chaffhouse. The accommodation is well decorated and comfortable. Nice welcome park on arrival including tea and coffee. Dishwasher tablets were appreciated.

Constructive feedback that can be offered
1) provide more cleaning products. It’s turn easier to keep the place clean. E.g lichen spray, kitchen roll.
2) please provide some more bowls for breakfast and replace chipped crockery.

Beautiful house to stay in. Very cosy and my girls Loved having the pool to ourselves, which is a bonus. The host even put a safety gate up for us before we arrived.

We had a thoroughly relaxing break and enjoyed Pendine. However, what made the break even more special was Ty'r Ardd. It was what we wanted and more. Accessible, exceptionally clean, comfortable, perfect size for a family of 4 & dog and the hosts were so kind and lovely.
We had an issue with the TV. The host came to the property to have a look, arranged an engineer and had it fixed within 12hrs!!!

Would 100% recommend and will 100% stay again.

The area was also very quaint with a lot of nature (+working farm) sound -- a very nice vibe to have while being in the hot tub under the stars. Definitely recommend the place. The property is adequately equipped and immaculately kept and served as a perfect base for my family and I to explore South Wales. The owners live adjacent to the property and were extremely friendly and polite not that we needed to contact them for anything as the property was simply perfect.

The kitchen was well equipped and nice were the wine in the fridge and the welsh shortbread as a surprise. Parking space was every day available in front of the door but best of all were the stunning views onto the castle and the river Taf. Pubs and shops were all within a very short walking distance. We had a lovely holiday in Saundersfoot, the house Ser Ar Y Bryn had all what we needed, a secure garden, ( for a dog) very comfortable beds hot shower and comfy furniture to relax of an evening, although the kitchen had everything you needed, we ate out most of the time, Saundersfoot was only a short walk( although quite a steep hill) we didn’t mind the hill . Communication with Ruth was excellent. We would definitely stay again. Thanks

There was nothing I didn't like as it was beautiful
