Apartment was very clean and quiet and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay and we would recommend.

We had a thoroughly relaxing break and enjoyed Pendine. However, what made the break even more special was Ty'r Ardd. It was what we wanted and more. Accessible, exceptionally clean, comfortable, perfect size for a family of 4 & dog and the hosts were so kind and lovely.
We had an issue with the TV. The host came to the property to have a look, arranged an engineer and had it fixed within 12hrs!!!

Would 100% recommend and will 100% stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at our cottage in Laugharne. It was fantastically equipped and every little detail was thought of and appreciated by us. Jac was extremely professional as well as discreet. He checked we were okay and we felt was more than happy to help if we had needed.

A really nice, well presented property. Spotlessly clean, with all amenities provided. Wonderful shower will plenty of hot water. Nice, fully enclosed courtyard garden which our dogs made full use of. The surrounding countryside and beach is perfect The owners were very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. All in all, a very nice and comfortable stay. Thank you.

A brilliant 3 night stay at Cors Country House in Laugharne. Great value for money and ideal facilities for a big group (we had 7 but ample room for several more) including comfortable rooms, bar, pool table & the cinema room is an amazing space! I’d thoroughly recommend this venue and the company who were very responsive throughout our stay, making everything hassle free.

The venue is also very well placed to discover Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire. We managed to do some outdoor activities such as climbing & archery at nearby Pendine as well as taking in the coastal path between Saundersfoot & Tenby which was just 25 mins drive away.

Lovely location, great facilities. Really spacious even with 9 people and a dog. Perfect for families sharing. Will definitely be back. Thanks for having us :)

I've stayed in many places on the UK and this was by far the best weekend I've ever had. There's far too much to list that was good, it literally had everything and so much more!

There's absolutely nothing I could say that I didn't like about this accommodation.

We loved everything of our stay. The house was very cosy and tastefully furnished and the bathrooms were superb. The kitchen was well equipped and nice were the wine in the fridge and the welsh shortbread as a surprise. Parking space was every day available in front of the door but best of all were the stunning views onto the castle and the river Taf. Pubs and shops were all within a very short walking distance. We really can recomand this cottage to everyone.

We liked that the owners had clearly thought of everything. There was so much to hand, equipment wise and lots of home comforts. We took our own tea and coffee for instance but there was a great selection already there also plenty of condimentswhich we didn't expect. Footsteps is a very clean and modern apartment but still felt cosy. The bed was very comfortable and noticed when stripping the bed a think mattress topper was in place. Bliss! There is a lovely view of the sea from the living/ kitchen area. The location is perfect too, just a short downhill walk into Saundersfoot and about a forty minute walk into Tenby. We sat and watched TV one night and it felt like being at home.

location great for exploring the south Wales area, which is a lovely part of the world. Easy access to Laugharne but outside the village, so very quiet. The apartment is perfect for a couple and the hosts are so thoughtful.

It wouldn't be suitable for anybody with a disability, as the hill may be a problem and we had steps up to first floor apartment.

Footprints is a well equipped apartment in a good location.
It provides a good base for a relaxing stay . It is easy to explore other areas of Pembrokeshire from here.
There are several pubs /restaurants in walking distance from the apartment.

We had an incredible time and loved staying at Maes Y Mel. It was a home away from home and we’ll definitely be coming back again in years to come. The hosts were so kind and friendly, a fantastic holiday spot to get away from it all and enjoy the tranquil surroundings.

Can not say enough about how amazing this stay was! From the moment we arrived we felt comfortable and right at home. Hazel was very welcoming and made sure we were ok and had everything we needed. She also gave some great recommendations on where to go to eat and and explore!
We stayed near valentines and on arrival was a beautiful welcome basket and valentines balloons, along with a valentines teddy! Such a lovely surprise!
The cottage was immaculate and all the little homely touches really made it even more special.
I could go on all day. We have already booked to stay for longer in the summer and along with the children! We can’t wait!

Sunny bank is an amazing getaway surrounded by the beautiful farms and hills of Wales, close to sights like Llansteffan castle and towns like Tenby it makes for a great long weekend away destination. The owners came to check that everything was ok and gave us really good recommendations of what to visit. Would definitely go back!

Our stay was everything we needed. The kitchen was very well equip and the smart home features were great. Could not fault the property. The location was convenient although rural enough to feel private.

My only comment is to take care on the local roads as some become impassable without warning.
Be careful using Waze!
Otherwise it was a great place, lovely hot-tub and very comfortable.

A perfect place to stay over Christmas with two toddlers and a dog.
The Boathouse was exactly as described and decorated for Christmas when we arrived.
The pool was bigger than expected but perfect to use each day for kids working on their swimming and water confidence.
The host, Richard, was always available, friendly and chatty with the kids when they showed an interest in the animals.

We booked the place for our staff and it was just what they needed. Nice and clean.

Peaceful and beautiful.

Ideal place for those looking to get away from it all in a quiet, secluded spot but not too far from the local town/shops and a great base to drive to surrounding beauty spots and places of interest. Also great for dogs, with a large, private area for them to run around. We really enjoyed our time here and would return in future.

Really enjoyed our stay, lovely large bedroom and bathroom, lounge smaller than expected but cosy and comfortable. Double glazing kept the room quiet. Lots of places to eat and drink. Would definitely stay again.

It was much better than expected, host Hazel was helpful, friendly and provides more extras than we have ever seen. It exceeded our expectations and if we go to Wales in future would always look to stay here again .

We had a wonderful stay in Laugharne. The house was superb - very nicely and artistically decorated, very clean, comfortable, spacious, full of character and history. Good communication. We had a great time exploring all sorts of interesting places and did lots of walking, enjoying the stunning coastline. The house is centrally located in the village and virtually opposite three very good places to eat. Thank you for a very memorable holiday!

The house and gardens are huge and really well equipped. Plenty for everyone of all ages to do and see.
Lots of places to sit in the garden and inside.

Only downsides:
Blinds on the windows do not stop the sunlight streaming in
Garden is not totally enclosed so adventurous dogs cannot be left unattended

The most perfect holiday home. The house was spotless, had everything inside we could have wanted and the little things such as more than enough plates and towels etc for everyone which is always so helpful. A great space for everyone and the big garden is an added bonus and secure for animals which gives great peace of mind. The house was close to the town centre with perfect views from the balcony and kitchen window. We'd definitely stay at this home again it really felt like a home from home :)

we stayed at the property for our honeymoon and could not believe how beautiful and remote it was. the closest villages and towns are a 20 minute drive in any direction, the views are stunning and the space feels cozy and like home.

The customer service and the care was second to none and the handbook app was so useful. Have already booked to stay again

It was well equipped with all the necessities, and when we did have a request it was dealt with promptly. It was single level and had a great laundry room.

the only criticism is there was inadequate storage for the suitcases in the bedroom.

This place is lovely spacious clean and well equipped .Hazel (the host ) popped past to make sure we had everything we needed and left us a lovely hamper. I will definitely return.if I had one very small negative comment it would be the booking in on line with great Welsh escapes .quite simple when Jess their employee guided me through the process and sending me a link to follow just a bit annoying as I booked it through Airbnb who already have all the details I repeated on the online booking form . Just returned from a three day stay here. Beautiful accommodation everything you need for a good time

lovely cottage with spectacular views from the living space. Very warm and cosy. spotlessly clean and very well equipped. the bathroom door to the ensuite needs some attention as its very difficult to operate. someone else mentioned a smell of damp downstairs and we did notice this too although a quick blast of opening the downstairs patio doors helped a lot. we would absolutely stay again.

Brofallen is a gorgeous place to hang out with friends and family. The view from the sun room is worth spending a few hours looking at. The house is well stocked, well decorated and very comfortable to be in.

La situation élevée (d'où la superbe vue) a une contrepartie : quand il y a du vent, ça souffle !!! (nous n'avons pas pu utiliser la spa.. dommage !) - mais ce n'est pas bien grave...

C'est vrai, comme le disent d'autres personnes les routes sont très étroites et il peut y a voir des engins agricoles... mais c'est juste comme presque partout dans la campagne britannique - donc pas un problème pour nous...

What a fantastic stay we had at Dyffryn Taf! The area is so quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect escape. The house was immaculate—clean, tidy, and well-presented—and fully equipped with everything our family needed. My kids and I had a truly wonderful time.

Attended for 2 nights as a valentines gift for my girlfriend. Absolutely beautiful location, owners were so friendly and the house was absolutely immaculate not a spec of dust. Everything we needed and more lots of amenities house is in a great location hottub was so clean the house smelt amazing. Can't praise this place enough. Extremely reasonable price we will be coming back for sure!

Would happily stay here again. Hugh and Hazel were fantastic hosts and the house has everything you can imagine - every little thing is thought of - the house is easily accessible and is so peaceful - the hot tub in the garden is an amazing addition and completed the stay for us. We loved it and will be back.

Stayed for a week with my family over the summer. The Hidden Valley is beautiful - newly decorated, super comfy sofas and beds, kitchen fully equipped (they have thought of everything!), and the snug is a real bonus. It was fantastic to walk out of the bedroom door in the morning and enjoy the spectacular view. I'm a keen stargazer, and the dark skies were an absolute wonder. Got some great photos of the Milky Way and it was a real treat using my telescope. Location-wise, there are so many gorgeous beaches nearby (Tenby, Saundersfoot, Wisemans Bridge, Manorbier and Barafundle were our favourites), lots to do for the kids and for adults, and plenty of places to stock up on amenities just a short drive away. Loved every minute, thank you for a fantastic week!

A fabulous house. Lovely views over countryside in the back garden. The location is excellent you can get everywhere in the area very easily. We were family of 6 and everything worked so well. The weather was on our side and the beaches and facilities were amazing. Coppett Hall our favourite beach. Would book again.

Our stay was very nice to have some relaxing down time with family the weather was very kind to us although the forecast was poor the bungalow was very clean plenty of kitchen utensils for those who wish to cook fantastic views of the castle and estuary there are some very nice places to eat in the village. The only thing we couldn’t find was a mop as one day it had rained so you can mop the floor and it mentioned that there was a dryer in the utility?? One other thing as it took us over four hours to get from the Midlands we didn’t have a problem getting in at 4pm but we all thought to make sure we were packed and left the house as we found it 10am check out is a little early we didn’t even have time for breakfast before our long journey 12pm would have been more convenient and less stressful

We had a lovely family holiday at The Cors. Jac was a great host, organising an extra cot for us which was set up and ready to go. On arrival the whole house was spotlessly clean and there was a welcome pack of local bread, cake etc. Throughout the stay Jac was in contact to check everything was fine which we found reassuring.

We have just returned from a fantastic stay at The Great House. The rooms are as magnificent as the photos suggest. I'd highly recommend staying here if you are after a slice of grandeur.

Wildhaven was the best cottage we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in many. The views were absolutely stunning and the cottage was large and beautifully furnished. The beds were really comfortable and each bathroom luxurious. The garden was large, fenced, but sadly not secure enough for a determined Cocker Spaniel. It's isolation meant the only sounds were the mountain sheep and the early morning wake up call from the local crows. Our host, Jess was regularly in contact which was so helpful. Our week at Wildhaven has had such a positive impact on us that we will be back next year.

I would highly recommend this cottage for a relaxing stay in a beautiful area. Paula and Edward were such wonderful hosts and we felt very welcome and at home instantly. The cottage is spacious, cosy, clean and charming. The bed was comfortable and a peaceful night sleep was a guarantee. Views from all windows of the cottage were idyllic! We had a mix of weather during our holiday which allowed us some enjoyable and restful time in front of the log burning stove - bliss!
The location is brilliantly situated close to lots of good walking trails, a short drive to many charming towns and villages and the water.

We, a family of four and a dog had a wonderful time at Brofallen. It was very comfortable and well-equipped, everything that you could possibly need. It was in such a relaxing quiet spot with amazing views. You do need a car to appreciate the places all around, but there are lots of scenic places to visit that are good for kids and dogs. It was a lovely holiday had by all.

Our stay at Gwalia House was great. A fabulous house with everything you need. Comfortable, spotlessly clean and very well equipped kitchen. Plenty of pubs to choose from in the village and lots of blustery beach walks a few miles away. I would highly recommend.

The house was immaculate - so clean and well equipped. Hanna had thought of everything. It was also warm and cosy and we were lucky with the weather, enabling us to sit outside on a few afternoons. The peaceful setting and wonderful views added to our great stay. Would highly recommend.

We recently stayed at Footprints in Saundersfoot. The apartment is fantastic and exactly what we were looking for as a base and a place to relax.

Saundersfoot is a lovely part of the Pembrokeshire coast and closer to Tenby and other local attractions than we thought.

The beach is beautiful, large and so peaceful out of season. It's very easy to get a coffee to accompany your walk and there were many locals to converse with.

There's a good chance we'll be back!

Communication was excellent, hosts were on hand and always helpful. Easy journey there, 4 hours from London. Great local trips to llansteffan, laugharne, pending.

It has a lovely feel about it and everything you could want when on holiday. It is a steep walk back from the beach but worth it.
The garden has a lovely view of the fields.

Middlelands is in a truly peaceful location, at the end of a gravelled track with just one other holiday cottage nearby. It has a wonderful homely feel to it, but one made comfortable and welcoming to guests. The rooms are lovely with comfortable beds. Our grandchildren loved the bunk beds. The woodburners were laid ready to light if needed. Sitting outside for meals by the back garden with a lovely view was a particular treat.

Our stay was excellent in every respect. Most impressive was the professionalism of the management company, Great Welsh Escapes. When we encountered the unfamiliar Euro Cylinder Dead Bolt lock with horizontal key insertion, they responded promptly and patiently, even in the evening, which gave us great peace of mind.
The apartment itself is spacious and well appointed. The beds are wonderfully comfortable, and the location could not be better—convenient to restaurants, shops, beaches, and beautiful walking paths.
Although there was some construction nearby, it was limited to reasonable hours and did not detract from the overall tranquility. In every way, this was a delightful stay, and we would be very pleased to return.

Nothing to dislike

The cottage is very cosy. Living room is cosy with a large fireplace but plenty of space. The sofas are a bit tired but not a problem.
We travelled during a 30°+ heat wave and the living room was very cool due to the stone walls which made it a very welcome place to be!
The garden is lovely and full of secret paths for the kids but be warned, there is a pond exposed, so no good for toddlers.
The area is fantastic with Pembrokeshire coast and loads of things for the kids.
Only gripe is that there is no parking by the cottage other than a layby. There is a car park 150 yards up the road however which allows you to see some incredible scenery of the area, so absolutely this is not a negative overall.
Worth mentioning that there is no TV signal or mobile coverage although there was broadband and WiFi available.

I want to give 5* for this accomodation, we will return in the summer .

We have stayed in Laugharne on a number of occasions but not in this property. It is the best in Laugharne for us. Gwalia is beautiful inside and is fully equipped. Yes its on the main road with no parking but don’t let that put you off, you will find somewhere nearby. Pubs and restaurants on your doorstep and the castle opposite.

Everything about this property is great and very good service from the Great Welsh Escapes, Good location to explore south/west of wales. Nice village. Kids enjoyed the stay at this house.For sure will book this property next time.

The house was modern and spotlessly clean. There are two sitting rooms ideal for large groups. There were games and puzzles but the place was tidy and not cluttered. We could not think of a thing that wasn't provided. The kitchen also had every utensil you would need, a large fridge freezer and a stove with separate grill. There were great views from the garden. The WiFi was brilliant. Gave the location one less star as it is a twenty minute drive to a shop. The location though is beautiful, beach, castle, village and walks. There is a small shop which stocks essentials and is also a coffee shop. We had coffee and cake there which was delicious. Also two pubs which we did not go in. We did not have the best of weather and it was out of season however we felt very cozy in the house. Would definately return.

It was absolutely beautiful. Clean and bright and everything you thought you’d need they had it. Beautiful bathroom, bedrooms, kitchen and lounge it was exceptional. The hot tub was fabulous and relaxing. The beds were so comfy and it’s so peaceful there too. We had a fantastic weekend and will be returning. Highly recommend 10⭐️

Had a lovely stay, the team at Great Welsh Escapes were always there and proactive in reaching out. They also messaged to check we had found everything OK.

Cottage was beautiful and well-equipped. Lovely village location. Parking was not always possible right outside the cottage but within a couple of minutes walk (literature in the cottage shared suggested parking locations).

We didn’t use the garden but it could do with a bit of tidying up … will be lovely if/when that is done though.

Would very much recommend this cottage as a beautiful, relaxing base for the area. A home from home.

The cleanest and most well equipped place we've ever stayed at. A beautiful and spaceous bungalow i'd have no hesitation in recommending. Friendly host checked in on us and showed us how to use the hot tub but was never intruding. Also gave us a beautiful hamper and bottle of wine. If we're ever staying in the area again I will book again.

Sunnybank is the perfect holiday cottage for a break away with family. It is cosy and comfortable, with every last detail thought of by the friendly host Hazel. During our stay, the weather was atrocious, which I was actually delighted about because it meant we didn't leave the cottage all weekend! With board games, films, hot tub and time spent with family to keep us occupied there was really no need to leave the sanctuary that is Sunnybank on a gnarly November weekend. Great spacious property, with all mod cons required. Spotlessly clean and really comfortable beds. Walking distance to the beach, shops and cafes. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful property in a stunning setting. Everything. You needed and more. Host was extremely friendly and we had a lovely wecome pack and card.

An amazing property in a very quiet, rural setting. The property is spacious, quaint and very much an older character style house with an amazing, large garden. We took a croquet set and had plenty of space for that. Our small dog had her own 'holiday' in the garden. The house is well equipped, plenty of hot water, beds are comfy, bedlinen is fresh and good quality. Plenty of towels and also soap in every bathroom/sink. The house is not immediately near shops but its not too far to the nearest Co-op or Tesco at Pembroke Dock. The host is very helpful and responsive.

Lovely spacious bungalow with fantastic views of Laugharne. Lovely peaceful setting but a short walk into Laugharne. Well equipped kitchen. As per previous reviews, drive is steep but it wasn’t a big deal for us.

Location was perfect. Ideal for a weekend get away with the family, Plenty of room.

this location is perfect for the live alone and I f anyone wants to gets relax and get peace this is the best place to go for.

Had a fantastic family stay in the old school house. The facilities are high spec with a well equipped kitchen, in fact I’m now on the unit for a new bathroom following our visit.!
The only down side was that there are no draws or wardrobes in the bedrooms and therefore we were living out of suitcases for the week.
Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The location is picture-perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring all the stunning area had to offer.

Was amazing place to stay. I have booked my parents in to the same place in a couple of weeks. Views were amazing, the apartment was clean, very well equipped and also the little touches of the shortbread & prosecco was so kind

Very well equipped, comfortable and the washing machine and dishwasher was a bonus. Everything was so clean and in good condition! The view were great and it was so peaceful sat out on the decking have your morning coffee looking out onto the sea!

It’s not really I didn’t like but was disappointed the fairy lights didn’t work on the balcony, would have been nice to sit out on an evening with them on. Also the double bedroom could have done with more storage. The small wardrobes wasn’t enough for 2 adults.

Lovely place to stay. Perfectly located in a quiet village with tonnes of history and places to visit. Absolutely recommend this place!

We had a wonderful week at Creek Cottage. Waking to the sounds of a song thrush and blackbird and no traffic noise was wonderful. Prue showed us around the house and explained where things are. Steve and Prue were both very friendly and welcoming.
The castle grounds are glorious - with a huge walled garden and 12th century chapel. It was a pleasure to have access to these. Just one note, the drive is a little rutted and quite steep in places. It may not be easy for lower, more sporty cars.

The weeks break at the barn conversion was 1st class. The accommodation is excellent and the surrounding area stunning - Charlotte and Jerry were wonderful hosts and can’t do enough for you.
A perfect venue for a peaceful retreat, with Tenby, Laugharne etc only a short drive away

The Old School House was just perfect for our Christmas away .
The place was spotless , it was decorated for Christmas which was lovely .
It is even better in real life than the pictures and was so much bigger .
My family of 4 and our 2 dogs has plenty of room.
The location of Brook was quiet and peaceful and only 2 & 1/2 miles in either direction to reach the next place .
Laugharne was very pretty and we walked around the castle , we visited Dylan Thomas writing Shed .
The local shop had all we needed .
In the other direction was Pendine and we took the dogs for a run on the beach on Christmas Day .
We would definitley recommend and would love to return .

Lovely apartment, very clean and comfortable. Superb view and location. Very quiet but only minutes away from restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay again.
